Good food. Order at counter, seat yourself, pick up when your number shows on the board. Select spices from a good salsa bar. Swamped during lunch, dinner hour and Sundays. Great selection as staff.

In the past three weeks, I have visited the Wylie location twice -- once for breakfast and once for lunch -- both drive-thru experiences. The first time, the migas taco was overloaded with hot spices, completely inedible. This was not my first migas taco from this location. Previously, I have ordered and enjoyed migas tacos from this location, Rockwall, and Coit Road in Plano. Never a good quality issue. Two weeks later, I stopped by this Wylie location for a quick lunch. I was totally appalled. The employee's green shirt was tattered near the waist and he stood holding the mostly-ready bagged order until a female worker dropped the second bean burrito in the bag. Turns out, both were wrapped in the tiny, plain foil (no red markings), and the burrito I waited on had a smear of beans. Disgusted by this repeatedly poor service, I called the number on the receipt. I received no answer and eventually voicemail that I doubt anyone has the accountability to listen to. A left message anyway. Add to that, the online comment form is difficult to find. Is the website listed on the receipts? If any request for feedback listed on the receipts? WHY do the cashiers so often handle payments while wearing gloves? Do cashiers also handle food? Cross-contamination? Or workers protecting their hands from filthy cash, coins, and cards? What's up, Management?

You killed my morning. I strolled through the drive thru wanting one thing: a chorizo and potato taco. Everything started off ok: rolled down the window and the lady sounded nice. Little did I know I was dealing with the spawn of Satan himself. You may ask yourself what happened? How could it be this bad? Well, despite my clear and repeated instructions I blissfully drove off to my destination with bag in hand only to then unwrap the foil covering my taco to reveal the most reviled, disgusting, horrific thing known to mankind. The thing that makes me more sick than a million trumps... F*****G EGGS. Otherwise perfectly good taco goes directly to the trash. You ruined my f*****g morning rosas so have a 1 star.

Toco plate was more than I could eat. On soft tortillas. I can't think of anything that I found wrong except I live a little too far away. I will be back though. Food was great!

Very disappointed in the taste of the food. People are nice but food isnt worth the price. Frankies in Sachse is far better
