I love their jalapeno poppers- the best I have found for fast food restaurants. Their corn fritters (?) are great too. The chicken is good also, though I request it well done, otherwise it's a bit pink.

They are now apart of Uber eats. Twice now I have been charged for food and not given the items. Last time I ordered 3 chicken tender meals with drinks and 2 extra sides. Only received 2 meals, 2 drinks, and 2 sides total. Today I order a tender meal with mashed potatoes, a sweet tea, an extra side of green beans, and a role. Did not receive the mashed potatoes. So I am missing about $10 worth of food from them combined. If you're going to start a program please have people that are smart enough to read a damn online order that has it BROKEN down for you.

This location is horrible. The staff seems to be all teens who are not sure how to do their jobs. The chicken is either dry or old, or trying to kill me. I asked for spicy last time and they made the chicken completely orange with the spice. I had to scrape it off. I rather go down the road to the other location.

I drive for Uber Eats delivery for Uber and I got a request for delivery through my Uber Eats driver app, I walked in and said I had an Uber Eats pickup for so & so, and keep in mind it was right around 10 pm. The lady working behind the counter said "well our device's battery is dead (Uber Eats provides iPad minis to all businesses using Uber Eats) and the lady said "well, I'm leaving in 5 minutes and were not making any more tenders tonight." And then she asked me to cancel the order! I said to her, if I cancel the order, it doesn't look good on us (delivery drivers for Uber Eats) so, I had to cancel the order and left a statement in the Uber driver app why, and I said the restaurant said they wouldn't give me the order and refused the service, even after I showed them from my phone the order detail. I walked out in a mood I hardly ever express, (steamed). I told the lady working, I'm going to contact Golden chick's corporate office and tell them about this. Again, if I were in charge, I would of fired the lady working there for telling me that. That was not professional and Uber Eats doesn't care what time you get off, my mission is to deliver food to the recipients who order from Uber Eats in a safe and timely manner. It's not Rocket science people!
