I kind of wish the lady did not hang up on me the first time I called. What's the point of living out in serene, natural surroundings when they have issues with small animals? Very disappointed.

What a lovely location and perfect for getting to Mt. Evans. The couple who run the park work very hard to keep it nice. I spent 3 nights here and have a spot 8' from a bubbling mountain stream. I'm parked on lush grass so they do ask that you don't put down mats or other items that will kill the grass and I'm fine with that! The rules they have are to keep the place clean, beautiful and avoid those things (uncontrolled dogs, noise, cigarette butts) that bother most of us. I highly recommend and will return to Cottonwood RV & Mobile Home Park.

One of the most beautiful and well kept parks we have stayed in. The owners have been very kind, and helpful when we needed. This is a quiet park, with no showers, but full hookups. They have two sections, one for folks with dogs, and one for folks with cats...We don't have pets, but all of the animals seem quite friendly, and quiet. Overall we would highly recommend Cottonwood...They have been wonderful.

I think it's one of the best locations near enough to work in Denver. Also, the woman I spoke to was very kind. You pay in cash, but who cares? Is it that much of a hassle. All around I think it's a beautiful place to park. It's made for quiet people(not many pets or kids). Nice, peaceful place to park.

The scenery is beautiful if you can stand the owners. They were SO RUDE we left early! The guy yelled at us for not letting them know we had a converted bus. Don't bother unless you own a $180,000 RV. Also no restrooms / showers or facilities of any kind. Those two are a turd sitting in a beautiful punchbowl!
