Staff and cleanliness was excellent !!! However the pool was way too high in chlorine and was burning our eyes just being in pool area. It reacted our sinuses as well. Other than fixing that everything else was fantastic. Just wish my kids and I were able to have some pool side fun.

Staff was great. Hotel was clean. Too many kids not being watched by parents. Up until 130 when staff called police because of unruly and disrespectful kids. Probably a bit unfair to the property to rate three stars, but have to go by my personal experience there. Given another night, would probably be more impressed because it is a clean hotel and breakfast was decent also.

Great service, nice workers would have gave them a better rating but they advertise support the troops with no discount or benefits for Veterans. I was highly offended. Don't exploit veterans for your benefit.

You know its a bad sign when you wait 10 minutes to check-in.  The good, staff is friendly, and the hotel looks nice on the outside.  The bad, room, and bath were not very clean.  The ugly, I have never seen such stained carpet ever in a hotel. The  room, and furniture condition I would expect for under $50.00 a night motel.  Leaving a day early was also a challenge, the hotel clerk had no idea how to check me out.  She had to call the manager on her personal cell phone.  The phone behind the counter was not working.

The Hotel is a little hard to find. The lobby is warm and inviting. The breakfast area is very small and cramped. I was disappointed that the room was not vacuumed during my two day stay at the hotel.
