I have had nothing but positive experiences at Planet Honda.  They are serious about making a deal and do their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible.  Sanai is one of the best salespeople I have ever encountered.  I have purchased two cars from her already and most likely will again.  She is a dynamo at sales and is a very kind person.  She genuinely cares about her clients and takes the time to get to know them.  I have recommended many people to come here.

Went to go look at a car and met the sales rep named Kareem. Very nice guy. Doesn't only care about making the sale and getting you out as fast as possible. Takes the time to see what the customer quite needs in a vehicle and tries his best to give you the best price for both your trade and your new vehicle. Definitely will be going back and dealing with him.

I love my Civic but with that being said, if I could I would of bought it at any other dealership, just so I wouldn't have to deal with them. I will say the fist lady(older Hispanic), we dealt with and greeted us was very friendly and a genuine person, played close attention to what we were looking for. But then we got transferred to another salesman, though I am fully aware salesman will say and do anything to get a sale, this guy was just very cocky and kept interrupting us.

Brought my vehicle in for service and one of the items to be done was the their Auto Guard treatment, when I picked up the vehicle they claimed the service was done. It was not. I spoke with the service attendant who said it was completed but she never did a quality check before turning the vehicle back over to me. I then spoke with the manager who reviewed the shop video and he told me I was correct and the vehicle never got the service preformed. I was told I would be called back 2 days later with a solution. It has now been 7 days since they said they would call me back, I have left messages and no one is returning my calls! I will not be returning to this dealership for service and I would advise everyone to proceed with caution.

I recently had work done there and I wasn't entirely satisfied with my overall experience.  I've used them in the past and have spent a substantial amount of money and had decided previously not to go there again, but I did because it's convenient.  I no longer plan to use them again.  I'm just not satisfied with their services.
