I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership... the most recent was last evening.  My previous vehicle was out of warranty and required costly repairs not feasible to our situation.  Keith (one of the managers) personally handled our entire transaction.  Given the cost of our repairs, the dealership had all the leverage in the transaction and could have easily ripped us off.  This was not the case and the Keith made us a fair and reasonable offer on our previous vehicle that required costly repairs.  In addition, the vehicle we purchased was sold at a substantial discount as well. My wife is now in a new car, free of the worry of costly repair bills and her payments/loan term stayed the same.  Sure, we will be slightly upside down on the vehicle (due to the balance on pur previously vehicle that needed repair), but that is what GAP is for and it beats the hell out of forking over $8,000 to a mechanic.  It is rare in business when an organization actually looks out for the customer, rather than focusing solely on the bottom line.  Hawkinson Nissan could have easily given us nothing for our broken vehicle, over-priced the new vehicle we purchased and we would have been forced to accept, given our situation.  Knowing all of this up-front, Hawkinson Nissan recognized the problem and made a fair deal.  There were no "games" played... just good people doing business with one another.

The sign on their property reads "Customer's For Life"... this dealership actually means in.

This place rocks.I love the staff all very nice My Salesman Ed Brown was very proffesional he kept it all 100% honest and didn't give me any run around he took his job and went up and beyond his duties. They serve warm cookies Cold refreshing water. Its a clean place of business and I'm referring all my friends and family to Ed Brown at Nissan Hawkinson at 5513 miller circle drive Thanks Nissan!!!!

We found this car on-line and was what we were looking for.  We drove 2 1/2 hours to get to the dealer.  They were very attentive and organized.  What I appreciated the most was we found the car exactly as it was advertised.  Our sales rep, Mike Costa, was very thorough as he went through the buying details as well as the functions of our new car!  We were in and out of the dealership in a timely manner.  Even the Finance manager was nice!!  So far we are very happy with our purchase.  The no haggle price was well  worth the time and effort of driving that far.  We recommend this dealer.

Keith excellent salesman. Keith is vibrant funny and very knowledgeable. He has a beautiful personality. Maurice who washed my car after being purchased has a great spirit did an excellent job and asked did I like it. Very customer friendly. Dan who did a great job in selling the coverage and training. Easiest car buying ever. The staff was on point in all departments. Special shout out to Shahera and Matt, my salesman, for being the right mix of professional and approachable. Each step of the process was done with attention to detail. I gave them parameters and they did everything they could to meet all my expectations.
