Very nice accommodations. We arrived very late. They offered an extra hour for checkout. The breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausages besides the usual. Employees seemed to truly care about the customers. Excellent value. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed 3 nights September 7 to 9 here while we explored the nearby attractions. Can't say enough about the lady that worked the front desk here. We arrived late and noticed that she was busy attending to 2 English guests who needed a big tool to break a secure lock on their luggage. Lesson here: locks can be more trouble than it's worth. Anyway, even though she was busy she took time to give us some great tips on where to go besides Rushmore and Crazy Horse: Custer's Park, Sylvan Lake, where to eat in Deadwood and if we had time, the Badlands... When we returned to our hotel the last night we noticed she was outside taking a quick smoke break but too busy to notice us because she was busy with clients on her cell. This lady works hard! We left a small token of our appreciation when we left the next day.

They did well by us! Reasonably priced and the quality was appropriate for the fee. Our room was clean and properly appointed. We did have a problem with our key cards on the first round but the desk attendant was quick to resolve the issue. Free breakfast and coffee in the morning was a bonus. Despite being busy they seems to handle everyone nicely. I'd come back again.

The Counter Staff need 6 out of 5 Stars. The room was great and always is. We have stayed here a lot in the last ten years. However, the breakfast staff and breakfast really took a fall this morning. No meat protein and no hardboiled eggs to counter the pretty bad omelet they serve often, which in my option someone needs to find a better alternative company to provide omelettes. I had a very tough time finding anything healthy enough to even eat in terms of protein. And the kitchen staff lady went on a rant when I asked her for hardboiled eggs. We will return but we I will also look for a new place to try out as we will continue to come to Rapid often. Unfortunate because we really love the counter staff and hotel.

Clean pool, hot tub, lobby, and room. Front desk manager was super polite and provided good ideas for what to do in town. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious and there were lots of options. Coffee was great.
