Stayed here for one evening, Angela or Angelina (can’t remember) was very welcoming and pleasant during my check-in. Wonderful first impression on her part! Room was huge and came with a work area and living space aside from the sleeping area, definite bonus if you have kids and want to put them to bed and stay up in the living room. The room appeared to be fairly clean but a closer look proved wrong. Lots of other peoples hair on the bathroom floor and old food crumbs around and under the couch. There were two TVs, but the remotes didn’t work. We had room number 206. Close to the vending and stairwell. The door was very challenging to open. Looked like it had been broken into at some point. Breakfast was typical continental style. I loved the waffle maker. Seating area and food stations were tidy and clean and workers use gloves to keep everything sanitary! All in all decent experience and friendly staff!

Recent trip was my second and third stay here. The rooms are clean and comfortable, sheets are especially soft, and the price is reasonable. The address shows as West Broad, I initially was concerned about traffic noise but the building is at least a block removed from Broad, best entry is from Shrader on back side. noise not an issue. Breakfast bar better than average with changing hot items daily. But, oh, those cookies! I probably ate a dozen over the course of my two recent stays. What says welcome better than a fireplace, fresh cookies and a cup of coffee or cocoa just inside the front door. Staff is very friendly, I'd especially like to compliment Kendra and Katina. Katina was on duty on a busy Saturday night (after thanksgiving with a local tournament going on) when I checked in quite late at night to find two non working lamps, one needed a bulb, the other was defective. All rooms were full but she found another lamp and brought it and a replacement bulb to my room around midnight. The young lady at the breakfast bar was also very attentive to the good items and kept hot selections replenished promptly. Her name also started with K but I didn't write out down. So, a comfortable, clean, quiet, smoke-free room, plentiful parking, good breakfast, delicious cookies, and a friendly staff doing their jobs with diligence make this particular location a very good bargain for the rate.

Nice place with clean comfortable rooms. Close to everything. Nice amenities. Pool was warm and well maintained. Breakfast was good but not alot of variety.

I stayed at the Country Inn & Suites for a weekend in September. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre, but standard for a complimentary breakfast - fruit, yogurt, cereal, a selection of breakfast breads, make your own waffles, and a few hot items - potatoes, bacon, and scrambled eggs/omelettes during my stay. The location was convenient at a 15 minute drive to most places we were visiting, including UR, Science Museum, and Carytown.

I LOVE Country Inn & Suites! Discovered them on my recent trip to Lancaster, PA....four ladies in one dbl queen room and it wasn't cramped! Currently in a king room and it's plenty big. Great breakfast,, clean, friendly staff, safe, indoor pools and cookies, infusing water, coffee, 24/7. Will definitely stay st every opportunity I get!
