Decor is nice, rooms are nice. Small fridge. They have a breakfast option but cost extra for each item. Service was great. I checked in and out and requested pillows through the app. No mishaps. I would stay here again if in the area. Free breakfast would earn 5 stars.

Nice hotel, conveniently located near area attractions and lots of great restaurants. Clean with comfortable beds and friendly staff.

The property seemed nice, updated lobby with Starbucks coffee available during certain times. We didn't really experience any of the amenities, as we were there for a specific event. The stay was relatively anti-climactic until approx 0015 on the first night. We were awoken to the sound of a key card being inserted and removed consistent with someone choosing the wrong room by accident. Shortly thereafter we were thunderously removed from peaceful slumber by someone effectively opening our door and the subsequent slamming of the door into the anti-breach device. The door then closed, and had no further attempts. At 0030 the room phone rang; is was the front desk stating they had no record of someone being in this room and needed to verify my information. We were unable to get very restful sleep the rest of the night, after having someone break into our room. Pretty adrenaline inspiring. The following morning we approached the front desk to express concern over the apparent breach of trust and privacy we experienced, not to mention the extreme disturbance. They offered to credit us 1/3 of the points used to book the stay. I then elaborated on the potential outcome of someone breaking into our room at midnight; the potential for lethal force to be applied. This significantly changed the conversation and we were credited for the entire stay. Overall, a pretty unsatisfactory experience. I hope your stay involves less breaking and entering.

I visit quite a few breweries in tge Richmond area throughout the year and always stay at this property or the sister Residence Inn around the corner. Great location, reasonable rate and the property is managed very well.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything was great, except that the air conditioning didn't get super cold (not a major issue, although it was a very hot day outside). We would definitely stay here again.
