Son was shown a very clean room with sofa, two beds when he went to look into staying with them. When I go to check in, foyer smells like weed and the same girl who showed my son room earlier in day gave me a single bed room. 3rd floor. About as far away from elevators as humanly possible. I take everything back down to front desk and explain that my son had looked at a two bed with sofa, is that available. She offers a smoking room (we stated that wasn't ok). Took her a long time to find a room. Like long division in your head long. Get the room. No sofa. Ok from a cleanliness standpoint. I use the bathroom and find dog urine on the door frame and floor.....

Smells like marijuana, cigarettes, and mold. The woman would not give me a key because my husband didn't put me on file even though she had seen me walk in and out with my husband several times. He was sitting in the ICU with my sister. So I was inconvenienced and had to drive back to the hospital to get the key from him. Before I even asked for the key she had an attitude against me though, even though I was friendly. Pretty sure it had to do with my skin color. Never again. Horrible experience.

Never in my life have I Ever had an experience like this. They only got a star because there isn't a 0 star option. We called in advance to say we were going to be arriving in the early morning hours of our first night (6/17 430am). When we get there, we have to use a call box and wait over 10 mins for someone to check us in. The overnight person shows up in sweatpants and a camisole that shows her bra and smells like smoke. We get into the room and the sheets are stained. We call and ask for new ones. The new ones arrive and we pull off the old ones to find BLOOD AND PISS STAINS ON THE MATTRESS COVERS. Then the "new" sheets had STAINS on them too. We were told there were no new sheets. We were lucky an hotel next door had a room for us. We checked in at 5:40.

What a great place the staff is absolutely wonderful very polite very nice everything you'd expect to find at a hotel. They are in process of a renovation which you couldn't tell and the newly renovated rooms are very nice very warm welcoming and it's a great value for the price you pay. Has a great location in the West End near walking distance to restaurants pharmacies virtually anything you need while you're staying at an extended stay hotel you can find within walking distance.
