Room has a stove, fridge, and microwave. Room was clean, but there was only one mattress that sat on some sort of spring cart.... VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. The room was almost 100$ for the night. Bathroom didn't come with any complimentary items such as shampoo/conditioner. First place I've ever stayed at that didn't have a coffee pot, iron or ironing board. Price was a little steep & so much was missing that usually comes in a room. I've paid less & received more!!!!!!!!

The location is awesome and close to everything. The site was clean and spacious and the staff was extremely pleasant..super friendly...it was overall an amazing stay

Just right if you're looking for a no-frills extended stay suite! Safe, secure, clean and comfortable.

This WoodSprings location was horrible. Check in time was supposed to be 3pm. I arrive there and a young man is on the phone with his friend, trying to catch a ride home. He tells me to hold on, until he finishes his phone call. He then states how he isn't even supposed to be working and that he came in for someone else. I give him my name and it turns out he got mine and another customer's information mixed up. He calls the manager and tells him about the mistake. Not only that but the room is not ready and he asks if I could come back in the thirty minutes. I go to the store to pass time and I come back, he is no longer there. So I proceed to go to the room, as I walk up to the room, the door is open. You can tell that the room was being cleaned but there was no one in there. I go back to the front desk and ask why my room hasn't been cleaned and not ready. The lady tells me housekeeping has not shown up for their shift and she will clean the room up when she can. At this point I'm very upset, we had been on the road all that day. I asked for a refund. The lady didn't even know how to process the refund. She had to call someone to walk her through the process. I tell her I need my money now since I have to find another hotel. She tells me the refund is automatic and should post right away. That was Friday, it's now Tuesday and I have yet to get my refund. If you want a place with nothing but people hanging out in the front, a bunch of Junkies and bums, and piss poor customer service this is the place to be. Don't choose this as a hotel for a night, cause it seems the main purpose of this place is for people who have no where to live. What a joke!!!!

They don't give cookware or kitchen ware... If u ask they will give but will charge ... One of the front desk lady (i donno her name exactly but might be Nancy or something like tht) is very rude.... She shows attitude as if we are on her mercy here. Would have rated minus if a gentleman at front desk would not have helped politely.
