I spent one night there and the room was great. It was spacious, clean and the beds could have been a little more comfortable but overall good. There was a couple of things that could have been better. I bought it to the managers attention the next morning and he was actually understanding and tried to solve the problem. So I feel like I can't really give a fair rating until I stay again and see how that goes. But the staff could work on their customer service and communication skills.

I enjoyed my stay! The hotel is right off the highway and easy to reach. My room had a microwave and a fridge, as well as an Ethernet line. The hotel provides a free hot breakfast, which is always appreciated

Vert nice hotel. Hot breakfast had a good assortment of items. Suite style room was a plus.

While the lobby and elevator left a bit to be desired, I was pleased to find a very clean room that appeared to have been updated in the not too distant past. Breakfast was fresh and adequate. Overall it was a pleasant experience and for the price I was happy.

Clean...But that's about it. Horrible service and facilities. No water in several rooms overnight into early next day. No communication from staff as to the problem, possible resolution or support available. Example...Bottled water. Poor!
