Maid service much better than some Country Inns I've seen; room was spotlessly clean and fresh. Breakfast was well prepared, although basic. The pool was clean, but freezing cold when it was supposed to be heated (visited in December).

Welcome area, breakfast area were nice and clean, continental breakfast was very good. All the staff I interacted with were all pleasant and helpful. However the cleanliness of my room, neglected fixtures, and cobbled together television left a bad impression. Bathroom light fixtures were caked in dust and had several blown bulbs. The decorative cover that's placed on the bed was both stained, and spotted with some fresh unknown detritus. The television was connected to the cable box by a coaxial cable instead of the HDMI port that's available, which makes having a HDTV pointless. Also, the channels were not programmed in to the TV (I did it for them) and the remote control provided is barely functional (I gave up and used my Peel Remote App.)

All in all, this place just felt like it was skating by.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The front desk attendant was rude. We were given a room which wasn't cleaned, I had to experience her rudeness again. The walls are incredibly thin and the cleaning staff will knock on your door at 9 am, yet the check out time is supposedly at noon. 

Until they overhaul their staff ****AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, EVEN IF THEY OFFERED YOU A FREE ROOM****

Close to highway and fast food, well lit area, helpful staff, clean rooms and lobby. Free breakfast included fresh scrambled eggs, ham, and potatoes, waffles, and strong coffee.

Location was right near East Chase shopping center. Right next to interstate too. Very nice location, clean, friendly, good breakfast. Not the first time I've stayed and won't be the last.
