Not a bad spot.. the lady at the front desk was extremely patient and helpful. Ownership could really do something about the smell.. and housekeeping should probably wear a net so her hair doesn't get all over the bedding while she's making up the bed....

Horrible at cleaning and maintenance price are higher than Montgomery and they have less accommodations! Staff is rude and change your prices to often! Never would recommend to anyone to stay in Prattville

My husband and and I came to Prattville with his job and ended up staying for around 4 months. We travel alot. I have to say that the kindness and hospitality that was given to us by Miss Pat and the rest of the staff here was awsome. If we had ANY kind of problem we just called Miss Pat and it was handled promptly and professionally. If we pass this way again, we look forward to staying with them again.😊

Staff's customer service was good, but the room's amenities were absolutely horrible. We (my husband and I)were given one wash towel and one bath towel each. Carpet in the room was filthy; it's obviously time to clean it or replace it. The outside was filthy....littered with trash and cigarette butts. Overall, the place just didn't have a clean and sanitary feeling whatsoever. I will not be staying there again, nor will I recommend this place to anyone else.

Where to begin... We rented a queen NON-SMOKING room, there were even signs everywhere inside and outside the room saying so, but when we opened the door it smelled like someone had just smoked 10 packs of cigarettes in there. There were cigarette burns all in the carpet, and all over the comforter. Next we noticed that there was tobacco spit all over the walls. Also that there was vomit on the curtains. There was hair all in the tub and not to mention a cockroach. We killed a cockroach,in the shower, and then we took a shower and the tub would not drain. The only thing that we did like about the room, however, was the bed. That was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. I made sure to take a bunch of pictures of the room.
