Under New Management again. This time student housing I’m hearing. They want $700 for these small Apartments I hear also. They trying to get them for $700. I hope it doesn’t happen. But will all the new renovations going on, anything is possible. Me and my wife lived here for almost 7 years and when the new landlord came our GM threw us under the bus because I was two months late. How many know tax time came when she did this? Yeah. You would think she Would have taken the money, she didn’t. She just wanted me and my wife gone. She got her wish. We’ve never did anything to anyone out there but be good residents. Oh well her lost. I don’t desire to live there anymore. Even with renovations. Hope she treats you all better. Blessings Be Courtney Greens.

The walls are super thin, very sketchy side of town. Some one tried breaking into my apartment a couple months ago. Ive lived here for 3 years. They management is AWFUL they lost the key to my apt, then were aggressive about coming up to my job to get the only  key to my apartment to get inside to check the fire extinguisher. I told tem no, so they drilled my locks while I was at work!!!! mind you this was NOT an emergency it was just to check it!!!! Very over priced for such a small apartment! They are letting very rude people move in my neighbors are PARTYING TILL 5 am when I have to wake up for work. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! There so much more on top of this but I will leave it at this. FEB2018

Never answers the phone. They've switched office Managers 5 different times. I really liked Jordan. Things break easily in the home, very Thin walls, and for the price that you pay its not worth it.

I Lived Here A Year This Place Is Horrible It's Never Clean Outside Garbage Get Lifted In The Parking Lot And Never Any Room To Park For Your Guest Management Never In Office

The review about the manager Sierra couldn't be more fake... she's never in the office, always has someone covering for her or comes in super late, never picks up the phone or returns calls, and is always bitching with the maintenance guy even when there's people waiting outside the office. She has threatened me twice with fees that ended up being her own mistakes/misplacing things.
The apartment itself is nothing like the model, at least on my side. No dishwasher, no nice countertops or nice bathtub. Maintenance has come in SEVERAL times without notifying me while I was in class. Any issues they seem to have they like to leave in passive-aggressive notes rather than a phone call or email, so good luck trying to go out of town for over a week at a time.
This side of town is sketchy and the rent is expensive for such a small place (640 not including utility/internet when I moved in, though I think it's been increased.) Super small area for dog walking, bad air flow in the apartment itself, and super thin walls as well. The only good old thing thing is that I had almost no bug problems. Look somewhere else.
