My experience with Scott Arvin and Matchmaker Realty was outstanding!!  I truly have NOTHING negative to say.  Everything was done fast and efficiently.  When I had questions they were always answered promptly.  When I needed something worked on it was always taken care of immediately.  I felt like a priority and always satisfied.  I highly recommend Matchmaker to anybody.   Scott Arvin is first class and very professional!  He did more than I ever could of asked for.  Helped me buy and sell my house.  Gives suggestions/recommendations and backs it up.  I wish all realtors worked this way.  Even after selling my house he still checks on me and makes sure everything is going smooth.  I have 100% trust in Matchmaker Realty!!

Meeting Scott Arvin and Matchmaker Realty was such an act of fate. My initial realtor never returned our email and my husband found Scott through a work client... I'm not trying to be funny here, but it was a match made in heaven from the very beginning!! Within about a month of meeting, Scott had us under contract for our dream house and our existing house sold within one hour of listing. How about that for the stars lining up? Let’s face it, you don’t need a realtor every day, but when I do, I really appreciate three things: excellent communication, no BS and follow-through. Scott had all of this in spades. Even today - two weeks after our dealings were over - he still answered my texts and continues to offer advice about our new country environment quickly and whole-heartedly. He was quick to refer another realtor for our other property in Jacksonville, and so far that relationship is progressing nicely. I really can't say enough about Scott... he's really a true professional and knows exactly what he needs to do to buy or sell your home. Thanks Scott!

Scott Arvin did a wonderful job as our realtor.  Matchmaker Realty handled our home both as a rental property and most recently when we sold the property.  Scott was very easy to work with, was honest and professional, was extremely fair and responsible, and was always easily accessible.  He answered our questions, took action on our suggestions, and alleviated any concerns we had.

Matchmaker did a great job with the management and maintenance of the property and caring for the tenants.  

Scott did an amazing job with the sale of the property, quickly connecting with those he thought might be interested, presenting a contract within days, and handling all details seamlessly.  This was the easiest property sale we have ever experienced, and we could not have wished for a better realtor than Scott.  

Scott's community involvement as 2017 President of Gainesville Alachua County Association of Realtors, and recipient of the 2015 Realtor of the Year Award are noteworthy and reflect his dedication and pursuit of excellence.

We highly recommend Scott Arvin.

Selling a home is an extremely stressful experience.  If you are lucky enough to find a realtor who can minimize the stress and worry of selling your home then consider yourself fortunate.  I do.  Because I did when I hired Scott and Gia Arvin to list my home.  I barely knew I was going through the process of selling a home because of how easy they made everything.  They were very authentic throughout the entire process.  Not once did I feel like a client...I always felt like family...something you just can't put a price on.  You also can't put a price tag on how quickly they got my home under contract.  They truly go above and beyond for their customers and I am very grateful for the amazing job they did for me and my family.

I had an issue with this company which I escalated and I immediately received a response from their administration which was extremely professional, efficient, and responsive.  I really felt like my concerns were considered and that I was a valued tenant.  I love their website which sends reminders and an automatic link to pay.  I can see my entire account history and maintenance request history.  I recommend this company for property owners looking to have professional representation and management of tenant issues.
