These people are crooks! Never trust them! Terrible customer service is just the beginning of their problems. If you are going to do any business with them, plan on having the expense of hiring an attorney because you will need one. They are very dishonest. When they screw up your account and start swiping money from your tenants, they stop responding to all phone calls and emails. 

Jeff and Jackie, I would love for you to give me a call or respond to an email. Jackie, please explain your calculations on how a slightly leaking toilet accrued a $2400 water bill the same month the community pool next to my building was drained, repaired and refilled. Which exterior faucets were used in the remodeling of the pool? Also, please provide a ledger for everything you have collected from my tenant to cover this water bill. [This is the info I have been trying to get for the last four months with no response. They are continuing to try to collect money from my tenants for this water bill. Unfortently the last board meeting was in March and the next one is still not scheduled.]

Update 12/22/17: Today we had the third scheduled board meeting of the year. Jackie conveniently left my issue of the docket for the first two board meetings. She admitted tonight that this was her error. Another display of incompetence. Even after sending her an email last week she left my issue off the docket tonight. Unfortunately, even after I raised the issue in the meeting, the board was not able to vote on it because not enough of them attended. Meanwhile, Jackie is still trying to collect my tenants rent and threatening them with eviction.

I am a landlord owning multiple units in condo property managed by action.  These people do not return phone messages. Do not consider this company to manage your property. Terrible.

Working for a large local title company I deal with every property management company in the area, requesting information for those selling properties, and coordinating to add new buyer information, several times a month.  Day after day Action has consistently provided superior service at a more than fair price.  If I were a Home Owners Association looking for a management company I would not hesitate to consider Action.

Action manages a condo that is privately owned and rented to us. They have been responsive to emergency repairs and nothing else. We've had issues going on since we moved in three years ago that they've refused to fix. Among the more obnoxious issues: 
- Our doorknob is a melted hunk of plastic
- Our screen door to the back yard has fallen to pieces
- My bathtub has a steady leak that is costing me utility money
- The motion sensor for the light in the walkway has been busted for years 
- They stopped coordinating pest control and tried to get me to handle the wasp nests immediately outside my door that I AM ALLERGIC TO*

The manager, Juan, has repeatedly sworn up and down that he's been contacting vendors and we'll "hear soon". We haven't received a single phone call, and yes, our contact information with them is correct.

The only reason we still live where we do is the owner herself has been flexible where it counts and the rate she's charging is obscenely low. My guess with the repairs is they have some sort of budget goal they have to keep where the owners turn a profit each year, as it makes them look better. Given how cheap this place is ($675/mo), after accounting for their rate, there's likely only 2-4k annually in budget room. Last year our air conditioner blew and the whole repair ran them at least 6k. Profits are the only explanation I can see for the fact that we've been repeatedly lied to and nothing is being resolved, especially since the only items that don't cost them any money (nagging the HOA to do their job) have been resolved in a timely fashion.

*Actual argument I had with them, paraphrased: 
Me: "There's wasps outside and I'm allergic."
AR: "We only handle external pest control."
Me: "There's wasps OUTSIDE."
AR: "But that's for you to do. We only handle pest control out-"
Me: "OUT. SIDE. WHERE THE WASPS ARE. Also, I could die."

I am updating my review to 2 stars because they were nice enough to wave my roommates late fee. I did not give anymore stars however because I was confronted over my former review. I still would not recommend Action Realty as my first choice.
