Disgusting. I am reading a lot of positive reviews, so I am led to believe that this is just the fault of whomever was supposed to clean the room before us. We paid a premium for New Year’s eve in the only executive suite at this hotel. I use the term “executive suite“ lightly, as it was anything but. The walls were dirty, the sheets had god knows what on them, crusty stains on all furniture and walls, for goodness sake a freaking ceiling tile was caved in and WE had to fix it the best way we could. We had to wipe down the tiles on the ceiling and wipe down the bath. My girlfriend had to catch herself while getting into the shower because there is nothing for grip and the floor was so slippery. The funniest part of this disaster was that someone stole our beer! My girlfriend and I were relaxing in the tub (that we had to clean) and we thought we heard the door open. Being us we thought that couldn’t be because it’s around 8 am and check out isn’t until 12:00pm. Our best guess is housekeeping (who tried to come in 2 other times, again hours before checkout) came in to clean and then realized we were still in the room and left. I wish I would have spent my money elsewhere.

I didn’t stay here for long, as I was really just trying to get one final night in to get Platinum status with Marriott. The exercise room didn’t appear to be in order, which was a bummer. The room was clean, though smelled a bit funny. Strawberry water in the lobby was awesome. Pretty standard Marriott, though a little more grungy than most Courtyards I’ve been to.

Tonight I got stuck in Elmhurst due to a snow storm and had to get a room. Initially I was irritated but after the exceptional service I received from Golden at the front desk I am glad I stayed the night here. Not only was Golden very welcoming he made me look at the bright side of playing it safe and getting a room. I will DEFINITELY stay at this location again. Thank You for making me feel at home.

Very nice hotel, great location, reasonably priced. Sure, it is not a 5 star hotel. But you will not pay 5 star prices. No charge for parking. Your room rate will probably be less than it costs to park a car in downtown Chicago. Plus, one of the closer hotels to O'Hare Airport that does not charge for parking. So, all in all, a great location at great prices. Just a few minutes off the freeway and very convenient to Elmhurst or take the train to downtown Chicago.

My go to Hotel when working in the Chicagoland area. Easy access to downtown and the suburbs. Always friendly staff. Nice and quite stay! Keep up the great work.
