This is a GREAT low budget hotel with lots of perks! The weekly rates are even less and include daily housekeeping if you choose or if you do not want housekeeping there are no questions asked regardless of the length stay the staff will keep your privacy without hassle! Great price for less money. To highlight the amenities; The hotel it's self is kept VERY clean and the usual 1-2 bed lowest price rooms are clean and very nice looking. The room is a solid medium roomy size and come equipped with a big mini refrigerator and hair dryer. The continental breakfast from 6am-9am(SHARP) is phenomenal in comparison with the other area hotels and includes all you can eat homemade (self made) waffels, white or wheat toast, bagels, muffins (no cream cheese) all other condiments including real butter and brand name jelly, two types of cereal, oatmeal, fruit, apple/orange juice, milk, and all day coffee. There is also a microwave and ice machine in the dining area provided for all day use for guests. The rooms do not have a microwave, stove/burners, iron or ironing boards but upon asking they will loan the room these items for either free or for a small fee. The staff members are helpful, and are willing to do their best to help work with your budget. The only things I could mention that may bother some people are some of the weekend guests can get rowdy and/or weekly guests tend to seem to live there and may try to ask you for cigarettes or even change but staff is always doing their best to control this type of behavior from happening. All in all for the price and perks this is a GREAT choice for this area at a very low budget.

Very economic and located at a great location. Staff is friendly and rooms are comfortable enough. Free breakfast is definitely a plus nothing gourmet but nice that it’s there. Would recommend to friends.. if I have one bad thing to say is that smoking should not be allowed in the premises but I understand that in the area we’re in it comes with the whole package.

Filthy disgusting place. Do not let them put you on the 2nd or 3rd floor. People lounging on the stairwell , twerking in the hallways , kids running around all times at night putting up a  Ruckus in the lunch room, strong smells of marijuana, first two floors dark and grimy. First floor is your best bet,  though still far from acceptable if you can't get that I don't know what else to tell you. This was just my experience, would never want to go back there. Dirty scratchy towels that you would never want to use. I don't know just very dissatisfied, definitely needs health inspections. I just felt like I was walking through a germy environment. Very uncomfortable
