We had an excellent experience. The staff was helpful through check-in. We had a snag during that process and they were very patient and even apologetic, which I didn't expect. After we got up to our room, the woman who checked us in came all the way up just to give us breakfast certificates because check-in took longer than expected. That breakfast ended up being very good. Having a full breakfast menu and coffee shop in the hotel was convenient and the hotel was clean and located near quite a few businesses. Will make this a regular stay for work.

I have always gone to this salon for my hair dressing. The hair stylists are so experienced and knowledgeable. Nice and cool environment.

The rooms are nice but it's obvious that they do not change the sheets between guests. I found dried up food on the edges of my bed sheet. They also do not clean or change the inside part of the shower curtain because I saw hair that appeared to come from someone's razor. I stayed in the room one day when housekeeping came and at most, she spent 7 minutes in the room. I understand that they have multiple rooms that they have to clean but sanitation is important. On another note, One morning I attempted to get a coconut milk latte from the Starbucks counter. It was a Friday morning around 9:50. I walked up to the counter and the worker had receipts just laying on the counter. That's fine. She didn't say anything like "Good morning", "What can I get for you?". She said nothing. So I asked if they were open. She said it depends on what I want. So I asked for something that they advertise on their menu. Coconut milk vanilla latte. She said she had to see. She turns around and goes in this small refrigerator where they hold their milks. She shakes the container of coconut milk and she said she has enough for a small.  But what if I wanted a large? Or what if there were 4 more patrons behind me that requested the same thing? This is a Starbucks setup in a hotel. Not a mom and pop business. I've worked in restaurants before. I know that there are more supplies in the back in the main kitchen/refrigerator/ freezer. But I didn't have the time nor the patience to deal with her. I told her nevermind and I walked out. Overall, I would stay here again. But I would take all the sheets off the bed and request new sheets first and I'd go to the Starbucks up the street.

Hotel was very full when we were staying there but that did not hamper the experience. The staff was always very attentive and helpful and made the checking in and out process very simple. The room was very clean and spacious. We had four people in the room and were no cramped for space.

Beds we're comfortable and the staff was friendly. My only issue was I didn't seem to have good temperature control in the room. Over two nights I couldn't work the to thermostat to produce a pleasant climate.
