The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, well-lit, and spacious. The hotel was convenient to ask the places that I needed to visit. 

The lobby was well designed, and the bar/restaurant was decent. Would definitely stay there again.

Probably my favorite not suite room I've stayed at in a very long time. Nice small pool, which was perfect for the kids. The rooms were very clean and well layed out. I really liked the moveable reading lights, might actually install some at home. Nice amenities. Great meals. Was a great weekend. Will come back again.

Clean, quiet room. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good coffee. Conveniently located to surrounding areas where we were visiting family and attending events.

Nice hotel with an indoor  pool but next to a main  road and a taxi ride into st. Charles itself. Restaurant food was quite nice also. Breakfast available an an extra charge.

The staff was very nice. The hotel is undergoing renovations right now so not all rooms are updated. The room I was in had a number of stains on the carpet. There was also older decor in the room I was in. In my opinion it did not really have that Hilton feel. On the plus side there was a nice Courtyard area had a first floor walk out.
