Absolutely disgusted with this hotel. I'd give it zero stars if I could. We came to Roselle for my son's wedding, along with a bunch of family & friends. Kathy at the front desk never greeted us, refused to look at me because the room was in my husband's name, then charged his corporate card on file, even though I was offering her my credit card for payment. We go to our room, and there is already someone in it, so we have to go back for another room. She proceeds to blame someone else for the error, of course. The next day neither of our keys work and we have to have rhem redone. I'm left standing in The hall with bags and packages, leaning on my cane, waiting for a key. The conference room was supposed to be open for us for a wedding rehearsal that evening. Kathy was not very pleased about having to get the door unlocked for us. My neice had called for an early check in for Sat, and Kathy was very rude on the phone, making no guarantees. The best man requested a room with 2 queen beds, for 4 people. He was given an "upgrade" without getting an ok. Needless to say they were not happy that one of the couple's had to sleep on a sofa sleeper bed. Another neice found a vibrator under her bed....A VIBRATOR!! My nephew saw a couple engaged in a sexual act in the pool, which he saw through the windows from the hallway by the elevators. My son and his new bride had $500, honeymoon cash, stolen from their room while we were at his wedding. We were all at a venue in Bartlett, but the room was cleaned while we were all gone. The hotel manager refused to reimburse the newly weds because he "can't prove no one else was in the room". Looks like just the cleaning staff!! Sadly, I am.not making any of this up. I will be contacting them directly... Angry from TN

Nice rooms but breakfast area is a mess. Out of food for 2 of my 3 nights. Out of hot water for tea, even ran out of plates at breakfast but that didn't matter since they ran out of food.

Comfy beds, clean room, free breakfast. Hot shower with good water pressure made me sleep great.Will stay again.

Nice hotel. Would have given 5 stars but i didn't like that all the TV's default to CNN soon as you turn the TV on. I hate CNN! Yea i know i can change the channel but I feel that this is a sneaky way the manager uses to push his/her views on the guests. I stay in Holiday Inn hotels in many states and this is the only Holiday Inn that I've ever stayed in that their TV defaults to a one sided political TV channel soon as you turn it on. No different that it defaulting to a religious channel. Not everyone agrees with you.
