Head Manager needs manners. He is too arrogant to be a manager, he does not know how to communicate with customers. He believes his way or highway.The fire alarm went off in the middle of Night ,woke everybody up he never apologize.

Attended for a class I'm taking. Made use of one of the conference rooms. It is a snug fit but, clean and very functional. Also well lit and provided equipment works well. The chairs are not very comfortable for sitting during a 2 hour class. Seeing as I have to attend for several weeks, this will surely pose the biggest challenge. I also wish the room we're just a bit bigger. There is not much in the way of spacing and I wasn't the only one that thought it was a fairly tight fit.

there's was a mix up which was solved without itch. friendly staff, good location. rooms a little dated but clean and mattress a verrrrrrry comfortable. would stay again.

Nice place , convenient location for a combination trip of college visit and DC sightseeing. ( Metro rail station not far away) ...Also we made it out to a nice Chesapeake Bay area beach in about 50 minutes. Room was clean and so were the grounds. I miss having a " free " breakfast like some other family hotel chains but that's about it.
