Rooms were fine, located across the street from 7-Eleven for gas and snacks. There's a shopping center close along with plenty of restaurants to try. Hotel has a pretty small parking lot, and it costs $10 to park overnight. Breakfast is provided free in the lobby in the morning and is pretty good.

This Hotel has been great. The front desk clerk was very nice when we checked in, there is parking ($10 a night), and the room is clean and big. 7 minutes by car to down town, 9 minute walk to metro. 30 minutes to D.C. great place!

It's not a regular hotel so don't get it twisted. The cream up crew and the front desk are great. The rooms are clean, small and efficient.

This place is very nice and clean, for a very reasonable price. The breakfast buffet is very good, plus! The manager Ms. Lisa has an excellent business ethics. She's very welcoming to everyone, as I witnessed and she's extremely professional together with her staff. I approached her regarding the WiFi on my laptop,  immediately they help me with a big smile.  I'm very satisfied for the services I received in this hotel, and I honestly, and highly recommended to everyone to try especially,  when you're in a budget.

We have never received such a great experience at a Holiday Inn as I have today. Also, it was at an Express that we are staying at, not a Resort. While checking in I was briefly sharing with Lesa at the front desk that we just left the Children’s Hospital in D.C. where we have been since Thanksgiving for our 1 year old Benjamin for having some blood issues. After dropping our things off in our room they had a shuttle ready to take us to Panera Bread for some soup. Upon returning once the shuttle picked us back up we came back through the front lobby area to two gift bags made up by Lesa and even some Gatorade given by another guest. Also, a heart warming card was included. I have never felt so welcome at a hotel ever.
