This is exactly the kind of places I wished still existed across the country. Basically untouched since it was built the property features an art deco appearance and still retains it's swimming pool. Fantastic! Once in the room, at least mine, you can see some nice updates while trying to keep the original charm. Modern beds and midcentry modern table and chairs. There was a fridge, but it was just sitting on the floor by itself. Not much else in the room. The bathroom was still sporting all the old fixtures and tile work but the shower left a but to be desired. The shower head actually screamed like a band saw the entire time I was in the shower and the ceiling height is only good up to 6 feet. Be prepared to duck to shower.

Our son and his family along with me and my husband stay here every year and have for the last 5 or 6 years and always reserve the same rooms. We spend about 1700.00 here every year. This year we had to take different rooms. Was told our usual rooms were booked. We have been here 2 weeks and still no one is in our rooms. So a little disappointed. As far as the motel we really like it. Rooms are nice and clean ,just dissapointed having different rooms..

We stayed here a couple days while visiting my mother. Very impressed. Affordable, very clean, comfortable beds, older place, but very well kept up. Close to restaraunts and anything else you need. Free continental breakfast. Will definitely stay here every time when visiting.

I wish I could show pictures of this place! It was a joke, dirty plastic furniture. We got in real late there was no one there our key is in a box on the door. We got into our room and tripped from the big area rug they put on their painted concreate floors! The sheets we pulled back and there was a hair on our bed! The bathroom counter had dead bugs all over and our shower was filthy. We were already Creeped out by the horrible smell and no one there to complain to or at least get clean sheets. We had no tv... the next morning realized we have one towel and we need get ready for my sons wedding, I sent my daughter to go get us towels she came back with 1 towel, can you believe they had no more towels he said the cleaning lady was off.. I am quite sure she had been off for months. We went to their kitchen area and there were 3 pissed of ladies that just wanted hot water for their coffee. I went around and asked him were the food was and he said he didn’t have anymore and was not happy when I asked him to go help the little ladies that wanted coffee.. he the.n came back with 3 bagels and said this is it to the people that were there! I left my phone number with him so that the manger could call me. I guess they do not care to much for their customers, Oh and one more thing there is no pool it’s drained just like their customer service!
