My family loves to eat at Cousins. The food is always good at every locations we have tried. Even when friends and family come from out of town cousins is a places they always want to eat at before they go home!

I went to the Cousins on Highway 100 and Oklahoma on November 19th around 2pm and received the worst service I ever have at any establishment. We had ordered online and arrived 15 minutes later than when it was supposed to be ready because we know that our food is never ready on-time at this store. As usual we had to wait in store for 10 minutes prior to receiving our order. When I got home my sub was completely incorrect and I was kind of irritated because on top of making my order wrong all the employees had been bickering among themselves and complaining about employees that weren't present while customers were standing around waiting. Greg, who answered, gave me no apology when I called and said my order was incorrect, with a rude tone he said if I "felt" like bringing it back I could, I repeated his words in a questioning tone and he then hung up on me. I went back to the store and said that I find it extremely rude and unprofessional to hang up on a customer who has a legitimate complaint about service. He began screaming at me in front of the entire store saying that I can't talk to him like that and I felt extremely embarassed, disrespected and worried about the quality the remade sub would be in because of the confrontation. When I got the remade sub I checked before I left and the sub was sloppily made, and again completely wrong. When I told the girl behind the counter my sub was incorrect again she just looked at me rudely said "...well what's wrong with it then?" She took the sub and slammed it behind the counter, so I just decided to take the sub home because the confrontation and treatment from all staff working during that shift made me extremely uncomfortable, anxious and disrespected. The sub is inedible and gross. I am extremely upset and have never experienced anything like this before. My boyfriend called the store to talk to management and it turned out to be Greg, the man who yelled at me. My boyfriend asked about the confrontation in the store and complained (justifiably so) about the sub quality and Greg asked him "what do you want me to do about it?" before Greg hung up the phone on him. This behavior should not ever be directed toward a customer ESPECIALLY by someone in management. This is unnacceptable. I will not return to that Cousins and will also make a formal complaint to headquarters when they are open after the weekend.
