Just stopped by on our way up from Milwaukee. Subs were great, but more importantly, the dude working was super nice-didn't catch his name, unfortunately. He made sure our food was satisfactory, filled up my water cup and was cleaning the chairs and tables. This guy deserves a raise and should be recognized by corporate.

Subs are good but ALWAYS a wait.  And it not that they are super busy the employees just don't work with any sense of urgency.  IF you have time to wait, the subs taste good.  Also,  I too got turned down on bread options(more than once.)

This locations is fraught with problems. The subs are great, the customer service is terrible. They run out of ingredients like bread!?! Credit card machines and soda dispenser is consistently broken. In one week, I tried to get a sub three different times during normal business hours, and I was turned away for three different reasons. The most recent reason was that they were closing early for no reason.

Pitiful.
