Went in on a week night while it was staffed by teenagers that were more concerned about socializing with their friends than doing their job. Cousin's was one of our favorite sub shops. Unfortunately, they have joined the ranks of over priced, poor quality fast food joints. We will not be going back.

Went in this weekend, ordered a double cheesesteak and the cashier acted like it was a big deal and rolled her eyes. She then yelled back to the person making sandwiches, " Sorry but you need to make a double cheesesteak now!" I asked about cheese curds and again was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them and was told " We don't even have those here because we can't cook them, so do you want something else or is that it?" My sandwich was the worst cheesesteak I've had from Cousins ever! It was very messily put together and was drenched in grease. To add even more insult to injury, they were 'quietly' complaining about my order to each other as they prepared my order. I was ready to tell them off, ask for a refund and leave!! This isn't the first time the staff has been rude and condescending.

The food and staff are great! I love the Chicken Philly with BBQ sauce added!

cousins is good, staff is here is though whispers when they ask you questions, and they ask you multiple times, if you go within an hour of close, chances are you won't get what you want

The staff at this store is very slow and they don't take pride in what sandwiches they make !!
