The good, cheap drinks, attentive staff. The bad, the chicken wings still had feather stubs attached and were rubbery and the flavour was off. I got blue cheese dip that lacked a single piece of blue cheese and was essentially ranch dressing, I send the wings back and got the brisket bites and the flavour of the sauce was simply gross and i wiped it off with a napkin because at this point I was starving. I liked the vibe and staff so I may try one of their mains again but it was a rough first experience.

The real star here is the brisket. Great crust on the outside and great flavor on the meat inside. If brisket isn't your thing I can also add that the pulled pork and the chicken are also awesome! For someone who has had a lot of barbecue across a lot of states I would come back here anytime I'm in town.

Amazing food and great atmosphere. We sat up top and the kids loved watching them make the food. Great portions and the food tasted great. The server and staff were very friendly. Great selection of beer and drinks.

Awesome food. Brisket so tender. Sold out of whole chicken. Sausage with cheese and jalapeno was so good. My fav was Coyote burger and fries. Smokey Tomato sauce delicious. Fries are crispy on outside and tender on inside. Like steak fries but thinner. Really enjoyed meal. Great beans! Rich Mac and cheese. If you sit up top you can watch them make the food. Amazing. We enjoyed our meal

A little liberal with descriptions of "Texas style," but words matter less than taste, and this is good Q. Only meat I didn't like was sausage. Sauces are not traditional, but tasty riffs on the originals. We'll def be back.
