I had a good experience my entire stay in Port Angeles. I ate here a good number of times and I have to say the chowder is the best on the menu. I ordered a steak medium rare which I was expecting to be about 1.5 - 2 inches thick me came out well done and .5 inches thick. They aren't a steak house, and it's obvious. The staff however made up for it because they were great to talk with.

Food was good but service sucks! Guy came by 3 times and I told him I needed ice tea and ketchup and the guy said he would be back. Each time he came back he was empty handed. Must of been high on something to be that retarded.

The food is very over priced here! The waitress was nice enough, but for what the restaurant is trying to portray itself as it wasn't good service really. We didn't have eating utensils when our meals came, and water came after five minutes of sitting. Also the toilets were very dirty. Like I always say, "A place is as good as it's restrooms".

Went to the Crab House for lunch. Sat on deck in the sun. Food was ok - pleasant display and an ok taste. I have had way worse. Ordered fish and chips and my friend ordered pan fried oysters. Service was good.

3 times now in the last 4 months I have had lunch there, and while the service was wonderful the food was not! The first time I had the crab sandwich, very little crab, and so much bread it was very tough. The 2nd the 3rd time I had the French dip ( I thought the 1st May have just been an off day so I tried a second time...silly me!). Both times the meat was old, tough, and flavorless. The bread was also stale! I even mentioned to the waitress that I had never had a worse French dip! How do you ruin French dip??? They did not even take anything off my bill. I have had relatives stay there and they have had similar experiences. What happened Crabhouse??
