Believe the 1 star ratings for the North Park location. Just called s/w Troy item I was looking for out of stock. And aside from seeming annoyed that I was interrupting him with his clipped response. He suggested I call other stores and said he could not look up other stores’ inventory. Which was odd because I called the Galleria location last nite and they were able to provide store inventory for his store and they were the ones that told me to call because the computer was showing it in stock. Seems the lack of in-store service extends to phone calls as well. 

Just called the Plano store and Kelvie (sp?) was able to look up the info for me 👀 and said North Park was the only store in the area that appeared to have my item in stock.

That’s two stores with the ability to look up inventory using the same system as Troy.  He should’ve said  he didn’t want to look it up or just asked to call me back if he was busy.

No greeting from the Sales Rep, when we asked for help they ignored and when we finally got someone to help we only got one word responses. To top it all off, we bought a massage chair and they gave us the wrong one. Possibly the worst customer service I've ever received in a while .

I walked around the store for a half hour without one sales rep greeting me, offering me assistance, or answer one question I had. Finally after reading everything on the boxes and displays, I was able to make my selection just to wait at the counter by myself to pay for my $200 purchase. While waiting I observed the employees texting or assisting non-interested customers take naps in the massage chairs. I don't know if maybe the $200 transaction was just to minuscule or what; but when I pay for some over-priced "upscale" products, I expect to be treated with respect and offered assistance to help make the right selection. 

Order online, or go to Amazon... You will receive the same amount of customer service there.
