If I could give it a lower star than one I would I'm a white female approximately 25 years old and I am constantly looked at like I am stealing no matter what. People who shop at this Walmart are constantly getting stereotyped and are constantly getting looked at like they are stealing. I have seen people actually stealing and seeing employees not do anything. I have been accused of stealing without leaving the cashier or the store. On top of all of this they never have enough people at the register and they never are helping customers. Today is the day that I not only stop shopping at the Forest Lane Walmart after 5 years but I have finally had enough and will completely stop shopping at any Walmart or Sam's Club again. As soon as you enter this Walmart you will completely agree and understand what I'm saying. To Walmart I I understand that you guys have a job to do but what I will never understand is how you do not have any core values in place to ensure top customer service for your customers and your employees. Making people feel like they're thieves and putting up cameras and putting door greeters is not the answer to loss prevention. Good Luck.

The main problem with this Walmart is that there aren't any self-checkout lanes. Every other Walmart I've been to have these, and they make purchases of twenty items or less MUCH faster and more convenient. Also after around 8 pm on weekdays the lines to checkout become unreal. On the other hand, one good thing about this particular Walmart is that they have a motorcycle gear section with everything from helmets to gloves to waterproof tarps.

No service in areas of need, ridiculous checkout times. Lazy employees. Shelves rarely zoned or stocked. Items marked as one price and different when checking out. And when mentioned to supervisors, one gets ghetto attitudes. Rude, unprofessional and downright disgrace for ANY kind of business. What a joke

It's cool. Not in the best neighborhood but that shouldn't stop you from shopping here. There are Police officers stationed inside and security patrolling outside. The store is clean and always has what I need.

You will find almost everything they have to improve pick up service I was stand once like more than 30 minuets and they said the guy went to lunch
