Everyone here is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.  The office is very clean and seems nicely equipped. Most of your experiences will probably be just perfect in the first place, but if you have any complaints you will likely feel heard and taken care of.

They once mixed up my remaining yearly max with my wife’s on a quote, causing it to be about 75% of what the procedure was actually supposed to cost.  I had been happily surprised by the low quote, but the truth was my wife was going to have the procedure either  way, and the full price seemed reasonable so I was very understanding and never caused any stink about whether or not I should have to pay the full amount.  Jo, the director at the front desk, who not only ensures excellent customer service, but also delivers it with a delightfully thick Australian accent, really went out of her way to make sure we didn’t feel cheated. They wound up taking the hit on about 25% of the cost, even though I had been very understanding.

They know the value of keeping a good customer, and have earned my recommendation for sure.

I am probably like most in that I don't particularly look forward to going to the dentist. However...Dental Arts is awesome.  They are always friendly and knowledgeable. They make the experience as good as it can be.  I also enjoy giving Dr. A a hard time!

Best dental practice ever!  Professional, caring & treats each patient as if they we the most important.  Would never go anywhere else.  On top of that they cater to cowards like me.  Because of them my fear of dental work has gone.

I just changed dentists to Raleigh Dental Arts after 15 years with my prior dentist, and I could not be happier.  My husband first came to the practice for some involved procedures, and spoke so highly of the entire staff that I just had to see for myself.  Well, he was right!  Everyone is incredibly friendly and upbeat, and the practice uses all of the latest technologies available to provide the best care and service.  I'm only sorry I didn't find them sooner!!

I had a great experience with Raleigh Dental Arts.  They are the best dental practice I've ever dealt with.  From the warm reception to the highly skilled employees it was a great experience.  I've never said that about any dental trip!  Oh and the flat screen tv's on the ceiling were a nice perk as well!
