Village Dental is by far the best dental office/experience I’ve ever had! The staff was very polite, well put together and extremely professional. The initial exam excellent! The tech was very informative and let me know exactly what she was doing at all times. Dr. Britt was absolutely wonderful. She was very gentle and polite. The patient liaison Rachel was awesome as well. She let me know exactly how much everything costs before it’s done so there were no surprises at the end of the of my visit. I would definitely recommend Village Dental to anyone looking for a good dentist.

The service received was outstanding.  Rebuffed by my own dentist in an emergency type situation was a blessing ...every single person from the first phone call to leaving WELL after closing time... Doc Britt gave me much confidence for what had to be done immediately.  Ally?  What can I say, between calming my fears and answering honestly all questions repeatedly ; ) ... She completely rocks.  Ashton too - clearly outlining all costs and making calls... I recommend highly to anyone needing a caring, intelligent, outstanding dental execution, fabulously savvy and sweetly staffed Village Dental.  Thank you so much for addressing my emergency with such professionalism.

I broke a tooth out recently right before Christmas and a vacation out of town. My normal dentist was closed and told me that she could not see me for two weeks. This really ticked me off so... off to Village Dental I went. AMANDA was awesome in fitting me in and really making me feel welcomed! ASHTON took over once in the chair and went over everything that needed to be done. JEAN, a sweetie from Minn., checked out all my teeth, gums and margins. Amazingly, no pain!!

Then I went and sat for Dr Rodriguez and his sidekick ANGIE. Angie was incredible making sure I was comfortable and well sedated with the laughing gas!  Dr R. Did his thing and was professional, quick but thorough!  What a service this office did for me.

How can you love a dental office?  Well, if you visit Village Dental, you will find out!  Today was my third visit and I do not have adequate words to tell you how happy I am.  The entire staff makes you feel so welcome and appreciated.  My hygienist, Brit, is gentle but thorough, and explains the procedures and general knowledge about teeth and dental care.  I have never felt rushed or that I am "just another patient".  Dr. Rodriguez also treats you like you are the only patient there and explains everything he is doing in layman's terms.   There insurance plan is great, too.

I have gone to the same dentist my entire life.  Moving from NY to NC I was hesitant to go to a new dentist, therefore, have not gone in three years.  I was recommended to Village Dental and was so glad I went!  Ashton greeted me and gave me a tour of the office.  She could not have been more friendly and made me feel so at ease.  Britt was my hygienist, she was so sweet and personable.  Oh and she did such an amazing job!  The office was so clean and high tech!   I will be continuing to go to Village Dental and will request Britt every time :)
