One of my favorite places! Always orders the Sunrise Sampler for breakfast it gives you a great Variety of several items. The overall atmosphere reminds of a old country store from days gone bye. Service is always top notch no matter how busy they are. Do not be turned off by a full parking lot wait times move fast. The rockers outside form a great waiting area, they will page you. Relax your friends!

It's strange writing a negative review since I generally only write 5 star reviews. After my experience at this Cracker Barrel location with my family this morning I felt compelled to share my experience. We arrived at 10:30am wanting to do brunch and as we expected it was busy which we are more than used to as we visit this location frequently, to our surprise we were seated right away which was excellent. Our server promptly came by to take our order which again was great and that was the end of the excellent service. 20 minutes went by and we never saw or heard from our server, drinks virtually empty and our order had not come out. Another 20 minutes went by and still nothing. After 45 minutes of waiting our server stopped and refilled our drinks and told us that our order would be right out and that the kitchen had lost our ticket. No apology, no sincerity in her tone which was very discouraging. Now you would think that in a business (I manager a retail customer care department) if your customer was wronged or put out that at the least your apology would have been meaningful? Another 15 minutes passed and after watching 4 other groups that were seated well after us get served their orders my family and I were ready to call it quits and leave. At that point someone who I can only assume was a supervisor (he never introduced himself) came to our table to again tell us that our order was coming out shortly with the same lack of empathy as our server. I have never gotten up and walked out of a business before until today, however after the terrible service my wife, 10 year old son, and 1 and a half year old daughter had today we did and will never return to that location which is sad since we have always enjoyed going there. I'm not writing this post to get anything for free or to be compensated for my trouble and after the lack of service I really don't expect this to be acknowledged by the business, I just felt that the way this was handled from the business and their staff was more than unprofessional.

It's a great place for families and friends to eat. Nice old fashioned food. And nice items around to keep customers busy. I put a four because the wait for food and drink may not always be perfect. But overall, it's a nice comfortable setting, just mind minor noises :)

Always good food. Had an exceptional waiter. Really good service! The catfish was excellent and the vegetables and selections are great! Good iced tea and lemonade. Love the store. Good sales!

Great restaurant. Only complaint I have is the traffic on W. Bell Road and 84th Ave. With the car dealerships there it's next to impossible to get in or out at 8am or 4pm. However, that being said the staff here is wonderful! very nice. When we go to breakfast we meet at 6am since that's when they open :) Love it! just wave a magic want and get rid of all the cars on Bell!
