I went looking for white artist's tape but they don't carry it so technically I didn't get what I was looking for, but of course there was plenty of other goodies to find. They had all of their Christmas ribbon 70% off so I stocked up -- and this was like 2 weeks before Christmas so I was happy. I bought 3 spools for $6. Overall I like Michael because they do have a lot of neat crafting and art supplies and other holiday decorations throughout the year. It's not very close to my house so I don't go here often at all. I typically go to Joanne's (who doesn't carry white artist's tape either.) Apparently Hobby Lobby carries it but I will probably just go to Arizona Art Supply and get it there or order online.

You have to love the fact that you can pull up a coupon and use it realtime at the register. That is the main reason in show here. They can be expensive at times but I'm sure those coupons have saved them a lot of business. This store as has craft and hobby classes you can schedule for yourself or kids.

If you don't know Michael's is a hobby supply store. They have a tremendous variety of hobbies craft kids crafts and they also do framing for pictures and sell picture frames. They have a large variety of artificial flowers and plants and vases for decorating. They normally carry a lot of items like a wreaths for Christmas and a lot of decorations for the holidays. Now 90% of the time they have a coupon in the newspaper where you can save 40% off of one item that is not already on sale. We usually find it almost every item in the store is on sale so don't need the coupon. But there are times when we have found items we need that aren't on sale in that 40% coupon is a real bonus. I've always found the employees of the store very friendly but expect to wait a little while to check out there's usually a line and it doesn't move real fast. If you have a hobby and need material or you would like to start a new hobby it's a great place to go to get good ideas.

Staff is very friendly and even recommended me the exact product that would be the perfect gift for my friend. WHICH SHE LOVED SO Michael's is amazing

I went looking for super small detail brushes for my painting- they did have a few options, but not many- and the buns were mixed up and a lot of brushes looked a bit roughed up. HOWEVER, I did find a couple good ones and the lady at check out (Anna) was VERY sweet and kind, making me feel much better about my visit. Great hospitality :)
