The Cracker Barrel is one of my husband's favorite favorite favorite place to eat. The food was very good. And we had an excellent waiter serving us I wish I had got his name next time I will pay better attention when being served by such an excellent person

If I could give it no stars I truly would have. This is my first and last time ever going to this establishment. On April 5th, my husband and I went to Cracker Barrel to get breakfast for our kids. Because we were getting it to go the hostess gave us menus and told us when we were ready to order let the cashier know. When we got ready to place our order, the cashier rudely stated "I don't take your order, I'll call the waitress." We waited for over 10 minutes and no one ever showed to take our order. When we asked the cashier to call the manager, she stated she already had (which was clearly a lie!!!!) We waited another 5 minutes and then left. After leaving I called back and asked to speak with the manager and was told by the cashier "The manager is busy. You can leave a message." I promptly hung up. I am from out of town and should not have had to deal with such rudeness. If you don't like your job then let someone that wants to do it have it!!!!! The way we were treated by the cashier was terrible. By reading the reviews it seems this restaurant has an issue with promptness of getting customers food, good customer service, and the manager being of any use. I will be contacting the corporate office asap.

Stopped in at their busiest time to place a to-go order. Even as busy as they were, they were able to fix my order and have me ready to check out in about 10 minutes. That's pretty darn good, in my opinion!

The service and experience my husband and I had here was fantastic! They were pretty busy which was to be expected considering their location, but they were able to seat us and serve our food in a timely manner. Mandy was absolutely excellent to us and was a delightful server. Thank you!

Typical Cracker Barrel like the other stores throughout the country. This store is located right off the highway and has plenty of parking. Food and service were good. Store items include Tennessee items as well as typical items you find in other stores. Recommend this place if you are looking for consistent food.
