I was promptly seated with a friendly hostess. The waiter arrived at my table in about three minutes. I ordered my food and drink and I had my complete order really quick with a busy dining room. I had the New - Kick n Ranch Fried Chicken. Very good… only thing, I had to request more sauce Buffalo Ranch. No problem, I got it right away. Side orders, green beans and corn. Both needed salt, an easy fix. Glad I stopped. 4.9 stars.
We can always count on a good hot breakfast. The general store is fun to shop at especially during the holidays. The server we had did a phenomenal job keeping up with a routy early morning group. As usual the restrooms are clean and the parking lot was easily accessible from the interstate exit. We stopped back by on the way home from our Florida vacation for dinner. They were cleaning up while we were eating and I wish they could have been a little quieter. They were knocking chairs, filing up the pepper / salt shakers snd swerping the floors and were so noisy it was hard to talk at our table. 8:38pm Parking: Easily accessible from the interstate and plenty of handicap parking
The only reason I will even give this place two stars is because the waitress, Connie, was amazing. There were no real menu options, as they chose to serve their Thanksgiving dinner. All of the food on the plate ran together, therefore due to allergies and dietary restrictions, I don't get to eat anything but biscuits and cranberries. Per others in my party, if the menu is so limited, the turkey should also least be hot. Happy Thanksgiving to me. Find a different restaurant if you need a holiday meal. Utterly disappointed that I chose this as our Thanksgiving meal.
We had a great server, very attentive. The one thing I didn't care for was she said they had no hard boiled egg for the chef's salad! You can order breakfast there anytime so they should have had eggs they could have done up. Other than that, we always enjoy going to crackle barrel.
Eat here often with my husband and children and usually have pleasant meals. First our waitress left us waiting for everything. No refills, not offered biscuits or cornbread, forgot our appetizer…then wouldn’t return to our table for us to request anything. After a long wait she returned and I requested refills etc. A moment later a new waitress informed us she was our new server and the original one would not be serving us any longer. The new server immediately brought us bread and refilled our drinks. We were brought several items that were not ordered and some that were just incorrect. Bad order input from the first server. But, Alexis F. Came through and corrected things promptly and was extremely nice! Jam up job by Alexis F! Side note my husband believes the first waitress was not happy serving my family because of his badge. If that is the case, shame on her.
Great atmosphere, convenient location, clean store and dining area. The service was great, but like every place else the servings were smaller than usual I'm assuming because of the inflation because the price was the same. The taste of the food was great, and the coffee kept comingFood: 4/5
Order food online. Was told would be ready at 9:09AM. Arrived at 9:08AM. Clerk called for food to be brought to me. It took over 10 Minutes to get food brought to me. Once I got the food home it was completely cold. I live within 3 minutes of the store. I also put it in a thermal bag to keep it warm until I got home.
Probably the best Cracker Barrel I've ever been to. We came in with a party of 12, which had 12 kids. 3 separate tickets. Ami, our server, never let our drinks go empty, all of our food orders we correct, and our tickets were correct. Food was good, hot, and it didn't take forever.
Didn't get order right and this the 2nd or 3rd time. There is no curbside regardless to what website says. Missing half the order didn't have materials to make half the order didn't offer to compensate or refund for missing items. 70$ family meal biggest waste. Staff at checkout seemed incompetent. And when contacted to complain no1 could help or gave a flip. Best food was the biscuits. Dumplings was 1 gaint dough ball didn't taste done. Hamburger steak no gravy no onions as requested just bare dry flavorless meat. Family meatloaf inedible tasted rancid. Sweet potato not cooked all the way. And out of rice & coffee & turnips.
1st time actually eating out for Thanksgiving. A little bumpy getting seated albeit a short wait. Once seated were slightly overlooked but not bad and a friendly young lady said she would check and of not take care of us. Our server Clay showed up right after that and was well versed on the limited menu of the day. That did solve the decision making process, lol.... food came out timely and was tasty. Clay was a 5 star server!
