Havent ate at Logans in a hot minute cause the last time i did food just wasnt that good & service took forever. I have to say they TOTALLY redeemed themselves today. Salad was super fresh & crisp, the appetizers food & rolls were hot and wait time for it all was minimal. Will definitely be back! Also Robin at the bar was super friendly prompt & attentive. Overall was great!
They've changed the format of this place a lot. We used to have two in our area but they closed. I'm glad we tried them here. The food was good and our server Billie was great. She's been there many years frm what we're told.
This place was horrible. Half a tablespoon and a few small pieces of "steak skewers". What joke. Rock hard Mac and Cheese. Can't give my kids that. Oh the "Filet Mignon" should not be microwaved when it's frozen. Gross. Lost a Logan's fan. Not worth $125. Sure will be disputing this charge.
I took my friend out to Logans at this location for the first time cause he wanted a good steak. I suggested this restaurant. We had Josie as our waitress and she was so sweet and patient. She mentioned that she was a new waitress. She took really good care of us. I appreciate a waitress whom you can tell love what they do. I work in customer service therefore I know how customers can be. So I let her know to never let ppl steal your joy. So again Josie I thank you for your service and keep up the good work love. We will be back and I hope I can get in your section. Be bless hun.
We drove 30 minutes to eat here. It’s freezing cold and most customers are wearing their winter coats inside. My husband and I both ordered well done filets. They were cooked hard outside and raw in the inside. My steak was so tough I couldn’t chew it. The big shocker came when we got the bill. 2 filets, 2 loaded baked potatoes, 2 salads, and 2 sweet teas was $70! Very unhappy with our experience here!
It has been years since I have eaten at a Logan's Roadhouse. I was pleasantly surprised to find this one. They did not disappoint. My server Kelly was friendly and attentive. I ordered the Logan Sirloin with Broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. My steak was cooked correctly and very flavorful. They have excellent rolls as well.
Fries were burnt. Fish was perfect just you shouldn't put it on the menu as served with tartar sauce and not give it to me. We ordered our food they actually closed and locked the doors while we were waiting outside. Brought our food and when we got to our room noticed things missing.
We actually planned to eat at another restaurant, but my family confused the two and accidentally come to Logan's instead. After arriving, I was pretty salty because I was expecting a GREAT steak from the other restaurant. I never tried Logan's before this trip, and honestly, I was judging without even trying it. I even made the comment, "They better have a great steak!" We arrived at the most absolute busiest time. They were out of a lot of sides, which made me even more salty and I was growing more suspicious about this place. I order my steak well done, specifically with no pink. It takes a well skilled cook to prepare a steak well done with no pink AND still have it tender & juicy, so I wasn't expecting much, especially so far. In their defense, I am a creature of habit. The restaurant wasn't nasty or anything. It was very clean. It just merely boiled down to the fact that this place was out of routine for me. Well, let me tell you!! Much to my surprise, when my steak arrived, it was as ordered AND it was SO tender, I DID NOT EVEN NEED A KNIFE TO CUT IT!! AND it was delicious, also! Everything was delicious! Far beyond my expectations! I was wrong, and admitted to my family and even the waitress! Given the stressful circumstances, our waitress was a champ and didn't skip a beat! We had 12 or so in our group and we were not her only table. She was phenomenal! Great communication skills, which is important. She was personable, prompt and took pride in her job. She was even comical. Definitely made the experience more desirable. The table we sat at was super tight for the wheelchair, but I am pretty positive it was because my family failed to mention we needed handicap accessible. We will definitely return, soon. Our server was amazing but they definitely need better cooks or something. The only good thing me and my two other people with me ate were their fries fries were great, their meat was bland and there “6oz steak” was so small it looked like it should’ve been for a child. Not even to mention we placed our order as soon as being seated on a not very packed day and still waited for our food for almost an hour. Overall great service from the in front staff but would not recommend or come here again.
Pretty disappointed with my Logans experience today. We couldn't seem to get refills on bread or drinks.We ordered sliders with salad and fried steak with side salad and baked sweet potato. The entree came before the salads. Then our salad came. The picture is of the cardboard packaging included inside my salad. After chewing up cardboard I can't say I had much of an appetite left. We asked for our check. The waitress comped our meal so that was a plus. Hopefully they were just having an off day.
