Selby was fantastic! She has to be the sweetest fast food worker I have ever encountered. Customer service was way beyond! Food was good too! Has the chicken bacon wrap and it was fabulous! Highly recommended.

It wasn't as good as I thought it would be. I've only had it a few times, as I'm from out of town, and my previous visits were delicious. This time the fries were over done and onion rings were underdone and the burger tasted soso.Food: 4/5

This is the double cheese burger I got a single patty folded in half. I recommend Wendy’s across the street if you want more beef and a burger that looks like they care when they put it together. And good luck trying to call to complain the stores phone isn’t connected any more and corporate sent me to a voicemail.

What do I expect from a fast food place, lately, not much. I had the pleasure of bringing a group of 26 into the Tifton Georgia Cook Out. I traveled ahead of the group and went in to warn the employees that a bus would be here in about 10 minutes. The employees sprang into action getting ready.  Evidently the bus traveled faster than I thought. It wasn't two minutes later that the bus was pulling in. The cashier flawlessly took each order while getting completed orders out. She did it efficiently, pleasantly, while keeping pace and handling walk up requests for sauces etc... I was the last to order. After I placed my order there were only two of our 26 who had not yet received their food. By the time my order was ready, their orders had been completed too. We were in and out in approximately 30 minutes. The kitchen produced consistent, hot meals and a fast pace. And the young man on shakes knocked it out of the park! Congrats to one of the most professional fast food staff I have encountered and quite some time. Keep it up!!

I love cookout! They have the best milkshakes in town and a huge selection of choices. My husband and I frequently go there for our lunch breaks and the employees know me by name. Haha the food is good and plentiful for the price!

Disappointed because Cookout is always good! Not the case on this night at this location….The quality of food received is not worth the wait, we ordered at 1119pm food given to us around or about 1143pm. Fries brown and hard, one order completely wrong, it was late we are tired this is not it keep moving!

First time ever eating at this chain restaurant.  The menu board at the drive thru was a bit confusing at first. I understand it now. The burger was good and like the customization options and the service was fast.

Food is great when your order isn't messed up by not puting your whole order together even when u ask if everything is in the bag. They get rude when u ask if the order is right. The service is horrible it always takes to long. I have been multiple times to give them another chance but it doesn't get any better. Go to another location for sure.

Wed, Sept. 14, right before 10pm I visited the Tifton location buying a Cajun style chicken tray. Let me tell you that sandwich was fresh and seasoned to perfection I was tempted to go back and get another one the same night. Idk who the cook was, but if I did I'd definitely ask to be sure you're the one fixing my sandwich every time. Keep up the good work

I always heard good things about this place,  however I went there for the 1st time today and waited over 40 minutes from the time I got in line at the drive through. We got our food and went home which is 20 minutes away and my son in law had ordered the big burger with 2 patties but only got 1/2 of 1 patty on his sandwich. My shake was half melted by the time we got to the pick up window and was overflowing in the cupholder from melting too much. My burger was ok,  but gave me a serious stomach ache and acid reflux all night. I have a picture of his burger but I don't see anywhere to post it. I will NEVER go back
