My family stopped in on a Saturday night. We had Kassie as our server. She was amazing! She was so quick and helpful. She was so inviting. We loved our experience with her! The food was awesome! Super affordable and the hasbrowns were perfectly cooked!
I have been homefree and traveling the U.S. for 2 years. I love Waffle House and have been to a Waffle House in almost every city I've visited. I don't recall ever having a bad experience until I came to this and one other location in Tifton, Georgia. We were completely and blatantly ignored after sitting down. Another group had come in after us, ordered and received their food and we still had not been acknowledged. After getting the waitresses attention and ordering coffee, we weren't offered creamer or even given spoons to stir it with.
I always order the same order. Jj handled my order while Michelle assisted him. Destiny and Mr Rock were amazing and I like my hash brown cooked a little hard on the outside Destiny Perfected it. My daughter wanted the garden omelet, they made it just how we liked . Great customer service from all the workers and they were very professional and polite.
The service at this waffle house given to me by Ebony was great she was very consistent provided me with coffee if there was anything it look like I needed she would come over to the table and assist, the food was great she got the order right on point I mean she did not miss anything. I would definitely go back due to her service her kindness and how are I was treated and how I seen her treat others which is always the service you want to have

What a joke. Over four stars? We went there and waited about 30 minutes because EVERY table was dirty & only one group of people were there. There was two workers & only the cook was cleaning. Idk what the other person was doing. Other workers came in but nobody went to wipe down those tables even after mentioning twice they were. We eventually just left and when we looked inside, they were FINALLY cleaning the tables. What a complete joke.
Great staff; pretty bad food. The waitress was helpful and kind, and i really appreciated her humor. Unfortunately the food didn't hold up and was either burned, bland, or in the case of eggs just badly cooked

Awesome food, great service and great atmosphere
Another great breakfast. I love this Waffle House. The staff and everyone else are so friendly and nice. The food is always good and hot. Thanks Ladies!
