I sat at the bar and I have to admit that the bartender took care of me and was very pleasant. I ordered a salad and an entree and unfortunately they brought them both out at the same time. That wasn't the worst part. Take a look at this picture. This was their blackened salmon and a double order of broccoli. Looks like a fish stick.Food: 2/5

We were visiting from out of town and went here for dinner.  Here are a few things that stood out.  It wasn't very clean, and one of our party went to use the restroom and said to wait until we get back to our hotel because it was disgusting.   Our waitress rushed us to place our order because they were too busy, however it wasn't packed.  Our waitress kept apologizing,  but also said she was so busy.  I've been there and understand the busyness of food service and that she was doing the best that she could.  There were drink refills brought out later in the meal and our waitress sniffed one of them to see what it was.  We couldn't eat the steak we ordered because it tasted like someone held it up to a lighter to cook it.  We didn't say anything because we just wanted to get out of there.  So, if you are in this area, find somewhere else.  The $100 bill wasn't worth it.

Stopped in for a quick lunch at 12:30 Sunday 1/8/2023. We made the choice to sit at bar for quicker service. 10 minutes later we were finally greeted by bartender. After ordering drinks we ordered the combo appetizer. It came out quickly… however, the only thing that was slightly warm to eat was the quesadilla triangles. The mozzarella sticks were cold. The chicken nuggets were cold. Mentioned to bartender which we thought went to replace cold food but “forgot “. When we mentioned this error… manager shows up without excuse or explanation so only gave us $4 discount for the cold nuggets . We did not want discount We wanted Hot food.

Restaurant was not very clean. Didn’t have multiple items on the menu. Was given plastic silverware to eat our dinner with which we had to ask for after being brought our appetizer. Steak was ordered medium rare and came out well done. Ranch dressing was watered down. Cocktail sauce was in place of marinara sauce. Salads came out after our main course. We had to cancel half our order due to not receiving that half with the rest of our meal. We were traveling through with our kids and we don’t recommend this Applebees

My food was really good; service was terrible. Waited 15 minutes to order drinks and actually changed tables diff server to do so. I could not get drink re-orders. Waited forever to get a bill. I would have kept ordering drinks but just couldn't get any attention. Positively, the food was good. If in the area again I will not come back. This seems to be happening at many Applebees in the areas I visit.

I called a day ahead of time due to knowing that we were going to have a big party. They told me to be there by 630 and they would be expecting us. When we got there the day of they didn't have any table to sit our party and didn't have a clue how long it would be before they could sit us. They were very unprofessional and when I told the host how many people we had her mouth dropped to the floor and her eyes got really big. We ended up leaving due to us already waiting for 30 minutes and didn't know how much longer it would be before we could be sat. They were not busy at all and was just very unprofessional.

Applebee's is Applebee's , just classic American faire......however, this particular location was severely understaffed, such that the food was cold when it arrived and there was a wait to get the check as the staff was trying to accommodate new arrivals and no one was available to checkout patrons who had completed their meal. In our particular party the kitchen notified one member that they were out of a menu selection about 20 minutes into the wait, which meant that everyone's food arrived except that person's and no one acknowledged the wrong or even offered to discount or comp that particular meal. It was unfortunate......Applebee's offers a nice menu but when staffing is critically short the menu doesn't offset cold food, empty glasses and indifference......there are issues with staffing and customer care at this location......be aware.

I was very delighted by the metal silverware and robust glasses. Our server was very nice and considerate of our large group. My food was tasty and, overall, it was a truly fun environment.

Slow service. Not enough costomet courtesy ... Server was new and did the best she could.... Will be a great server in the future......restaurant allows non service animals during happy hour on the inside... Per Applebee's rule service animals are non service animals are only allowed on the  terrance.....

This Applebee's was not like other Applebee's.   Plastic ware was used instead of silverware. A customer had to use his pocket knife to cut his bourbon street steak.  No coffee was served because the coffee maker was broken.  We were eating with plastic ware.  Many of the dishes did not have the ingredients listed like strawberries. Ordered a side dish of onion rings and received only 3 and were told there should have been more. No discounts on the items we ordered due to lack of food items.  Wait time for service was 25 minutes and for food was another 25 minutes.  Find another Applebee's in Tifton Georgia to eat at.  A lot of people were walking out on a Saturday night.
