We drove out here because my wife I was craving chicken and dumplings. As usual, Cracker Barrel was a solid experience and comfort food with friendly service that has a few glitches. The food was tasty. I ordered a burger with no bun and bacon. It came out covered in cheese, which I can eat. They took it away and came back in a little bit with a burger but forgot to bring the fries and coleslaw. It took a little bit to get that out but they were attentive and friendly. Other than that, it was a little slower than Cracker Barrel usually is but still, solid and enjoyable meal.

What is the point of calling in your to-go order 1 1/2 hours early, thinking it would be ready at the time you needed it, when you still have to wait 25 minutes after you pay for your order? Lady that walked in 5 minutes after I paid, FOR TO-GO, got her food quicker than me. Every single other Cracker Barrel I have ever went to, & I eat there a lot, has always been right on time & fresh. This is absolutely unexcusable. And all I got from the manager on duty was "Have a nice day". REALLY? After making me wait almost 30 minutes for food that should have been ready when I arrived? Unfortunately I would have given them 0 stars if I could. The sad thing is I actually tipped. Because of course, they take your money & then make you wait. I was expecting superb service like I have always gotten. Not at this location. Avoid if you are actually wanting quick food.

Had a great experience at this location this past weekend. Our server Jason as very attentive to our group of 6. Drinks were always kept full and he checked back often to make sure we didn't need anything else. We go in about once a month and that was the best service we've had this year. Other visits the service ranged ok to good, but Jason has set the bar high for our future dining experiences.

The food was great. I ordered my food to go when I got the parking and seen how packed it was. They got my out to me fast considering how busy they were. The only problem I had was when I paid with my card, it took about 10 minutes for the machine to process my card. I think that was because the machines were new and they still working the kinks out. I will be returning to this location in the future

Jamie L. the server was amazing. My daughter wanted to come here for her birthday. She was so happy and the Chocolate cake is outstanding! Thanks Jamie for great service.
