The Varsity Norcross opened its doors November of 1990. It had been 35 years since The Varsity had opened another location, so Nancy Simms and her son Gordon Muir thought that it was about time to spread the famous Varsity fare to the suburbs. From day one the place has been packed with loyal Varsity fans, and over the past 25 years new customers have come to love The "V". The Varsity Norcross is also head quarters for our massive food truck operation.
