Needed a air flow filter for a older Mitz. Eclipse . Problem was the small port, and Jason helped me get parts to rig a make shift one, to get me through the rainy wet weather without killing my engine. He took the time to find the sizes I needed to make it work. Thanks Much.

You refused to return a defective part that I had no need for because it DIDN'T WORK and I had to get a working one elsewhere because you wanted to charge me full price for a second one without refunding the first, or just simple replacing it. I wouldn't have cared if it was 5 dollars, but it was 51.40. That's by no means a small amount of money. So now I am out 51.40 and stuck with a part that is useless because it is defective.

Not only am I reporting this to the BBB for the horrible policy of 'No Refunds or Replacements on electronic parts'. I am contesting the charge at my bank to get my money back.

This is going to be the most expensive 51.40 you ever withheld. And in the end I will get my money back. Thanks for nothing, Napa of Cranberry.
