A great place to sell your used vehicles. The process is quick and easy. Stephen the manager id great to deal with and answers all of your questions. This is the smart way to sell a vehicle that you no longer need.

A complete joke, they offer one fifth of whatever your car is worth.

The manager, Ian, was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. He gave me a fair price for my truck and I have already recommended him to my friends. This is not a dealership trying to beat you up on the evaluation of your car, he shows you how he calculates the vehicles worth and fully explains why he is offering you what he is.

Ultimately, they offered me about 20% less than what KBB, NADA, and Edmunds say my car is worth. Also, if you're not familiar with them, they charge additional fees (that are not included in their initial offer) if you still owe money on the vehicle. Just make sure you read all of the fine print. The gentleman who worked their was very nice but I did not sell my car to them. I don't believe I was given a "fair-market" offer as their website suggests. Also, make sure you call them first and give them ALL of your vehicle's details. Certain attributes for which they do not ask will change their perception of your vehicle's value. There's no place to submit certain pieces of information which may prompt them to offer you even less. For example, my vehicle had a manual transmission. Once I committed to selling the vehicle and I traveled to their location, they told me they would offer less as a result--not before I drove all the way there--after I was already in their office. Do you think that would be good to know upfront? Is it reasonable to assume that it's easier to make a deal once they are already there in person? In other words, "I'm already here and it's just a few hundred bucks less; let's just sell it and get it over with. Hearing it before you get there might make you think twice about going. If they were truly honest and forthcoming, I think they would gather more information upfront before putting you in that type of position. As a former salesperson, I know it's easier to close deals in person. Perhaps I made a mistake by assuming KBB, NADA, and Edmunds are the final say in what a vehicle is actually worth.
