If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. 

Overall, my experience here was downright awful, but I literally had no other choice but to get a car from here. My boyfriend had bought a car from here literally 1 week prior to me and didn't seem to have any issues. I worked with the same salesman. He seemed excellent at first, but went downhill fast when I went to go do paperwork. First I sat in the dealership for about 4 hours waiting to sign papers (which I didn't even need to sign that day as I didn't have the check from the insurance company yet). 

Next, I was swindled into getting gap and wheel and tire coverage. The manager handling that paperwork conspicuously hid the price of those, therefore when I went to check my loan the amount was much higher than I was anticipating. 

Lastly, thankfully for this part, I asked my boyfriend's mother to come with me. The salesman told me I could just turn my check into the dealership and that would be that. I went in on a Friday after work, expecting (and was told) this process to only take max 30 minutes. Little did I know this process (signing the title and turning in the down payment) took about an hour and a half (on top of the almost 4 hours I spent the first time at the dealership). The salesman clearly didn't know how to do business because the check had to be "cleared by their check clearing agency" due to "my age". We also overheard him say "this was my fault" (clearly about me because I was the only one in the dealership) and then my boyfriend's mother finally had enough and asked for the check back for me to cash- at this point it was 5:30 PM and my bank closes at 6. Luckily we got there in time for me to cash ask run back to the dealership to pay my down payment. Needless to say, this car buying experience (which was unfortunately my first), was downright awful. 

I have since come to find out, the car salesman no longer works at Ron Lewis. 

I also have been waiting almost 9 weeks for the cancellation of the gap, wheel, and tire charges that were put onto my loan. I know for certain this process should not take upwards of 9 weeks! 

I will never, ever decide to buy a car from any Ron Lewis location, even if they have the best deal. 

Overall, terrible experience, which is sad since this was my first.

This was not a good experience. My family and I went in looking at a used truck, talked to the salesman in the parking lot, discussed the truck and the price, agreed on a price, shook hands, and said let's go inside and do the paperwork. We went in and did the credit application, got the rate, but then decided that the price was going to be 450 dollars more than we agreed on, the other crook came out and said sorry but that's a good deal. I didn't even ask the monthly payment because it doesn't matter.  Still won't honor the price that sales agreed to. WHAT A BUNCH OF LYING CROOKS. HIGHLY recommend DON'T buy here.

This dealership is definitely high class all the way! 

I will start off by saying that i did not purchase a vehicle as of yet, however, i feel it important to let others know of my experience. I worked with Bobby V in looking for an Alpha Romeo Giulia. What a friendly, warm, personal guy. I can see bullsh*t a mile away. Its my job! Bobby is the real deal! Very genuine and honest. He was a pleasure to work with and it felt like dealing with  family.

  Also their dealership was classy yet simple. You can tell there was no need for the SUMMER BALLOON SALES or the wacky wavy arm guys, though there prices were more than competitive. 

After a quick test drive i knew the Guilia was the car for me. After a great offer i was ready to pull the trigger on a new car. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond their control, (My insurance company increasing my rates by 50%) I did not go forward with the lease. However, i still look forward to doing business with Bobby V and the Ron Lewis Dealership in the future! Again class acts all the way around!!!

Fantastic dealership to work with. Very friendly and welcoming at the door, love working with Paul on new marketing initiatives for their Alfa Romeo Brand and look forward to my first purchase of an Alfa Romeo Giulia.
