It's Crate and Barrel. Great selection and staff

Very nice Home goods store.  Some stuff is overpriced, but most stuff is of High quality and can be a good buy. The sales associate on the floor did not greet me on the floor, but the cashier was nice and and quick to check me out.

Quality items and quality service. Sure, you are going to spend a little more money, but you are getting a superior product. I bought a couch here at the same time as a friend who got theirs from a factory furniture outlet for half the price. Mine is almost brand new and theirs got dumped on the curb; they are buying a new one, so ended up costing them more than I paid in the first place. Not all products are worth it of course but if you come in, you will find some steals - especially on out of date styles.
