Scott and MaryLou were just wonderful! Their design expertise was just spot on and I truly truly felt they listened to me and HEARD what I had to say about my likes, desires, etc. My living room came together wonderfully and they ensured that pieces from other parts of my home could work in the room as well so I can move things around to keep my home looking fresh and updated. I’m doing things in phases to make it more budget friendly and they encouraged that!!! Absolutely no pressure sales pitches!! NONE! Just a fun and wonderful experience! They make a great team! Marylou has an AMAZING gift at pulling things together ~ all the lovely details ~ fabrics for furniture and pillows and it all coordinates with my wall colors an flooring and window treatments....I cannot say enough! Love this store ~ love the team of people they have here.

We went to this Lazy Boy to research furniture for out new home. We were greeted by Sam who was the nicest gentleman. Very knowledgable and friendly. I always balance salesman with knowing they are trying to make money and sincerely trying to help. I never felt any pressure from Sam. He made us feel like a friend was helping us out. So refreshing. Sam is a keeper :)

The salesperson Leta, spent a comfortable amount of time with us, and priced everything we was looking at with several options in the price points. Leta was very low pressure sales, by reassuring us to try everything multiple times, relax and sit in the sectionals, while we made our decision. Then she went over all the fabric options and helped us find just the right one. Then helped us out with applying for financing the sectional, before putting in our order. Hoping we will get it before Christmas!
Sectional arrived before Christmas, and was all delivered and set up.  We love it, and went back to see about buying additional pieces to expand our sectional to provide more seating.  Leta was again very helpful in putting my order in, and when I wanted to make a change to the order, I spoke with Scott, and he was very helpful and was able to make the changes for me, without any question. The transaction was so easy and now to wait for our new pieces to arrive and enjoy!
Highly recommend this store for their outstanding customer service!!

You drive up, it's pretty easy to find, lots of parking space.  Office staff were very nice.  The warehouse guys are my kind of people:  they met my wife & I when we backed up the their warehouse door.  We bought a recliner, and they set it up in the back of my truck for transport.  Excellent prep work done!  They also explained clearly how to hook up the elec parts and such.  Which was very important once we got home.  Easy experience.

Much improved sales service.  Excellent marketing advance notice about sales.  Great products at a moderate price, and locally manufactured!   I loves my LaZBoy recliner and two living room chairs.   Friendly help, too!
