I worked with Derek and he was an absolute pleasure. He went above and beyond your average sales guy service. He followed me to return my rental car and drove me back to my new car. He cleaned my old license plates, and even buffed out a small scratch on the hood of my new car. I work in sales so I can appreciate good service when someone goes above and beyond. Appreciate the no pressure kind of attitude and laid back style. Quick text responses if you go to this dealership work with Derek.

People - demand better from your car dealers - don't accept bad behavior and vote with your feet.  It amazes me the stuff people put up with from these comments.
1) Don't shop payment shop price
2) Know your trade-in value but be flexible since they do need to get some reasonable margin and you know you are dumping some repairs on them.
3) Pressure = walk away.  Every time.
4)  Accept no fees not agreed on first.  Always negotiate the "all-in" price.
5)  Don't fall into - gotta have this vehicle.  There are PLENTY other cars and dealers out there.

Garbage dealership. Stay the hell away. They are known for selling lemons!!! Bad cars! Bad management! Took 6 months for me to get my title!! Absolutely the type of shady dealership you should expect from a crappy used dealer! STAY AWAY

NEVER purchase a vehicle from here! My mother bought her truck here over a month ago, had it maybe 4 days and the rest of the time it's been at a dealer to be fixed. At first they weren't going to pay for the repairs. She had to threaten to call the attorney general to get them to follow the laws and to have them pay for all of the repairs! Don't waste your time or money! It's a miracle they're still in business.
